My daughter who is now 11 years old, has been taking lessons from Sherry Liu since she was 7. Ms. Liu has provided her with a good balance of theory, technique, artistry, and very important for an 11 year old, fun. She has instilled in my daughter a love for piano and the desire to do her very best. Ms. Liu knows exactly how to encourage her without being demanding, while still insisting on her best efforts. Ms. Liu has been a wonderful role model.

Ms. Sherry Liu has been a fabulous piano teacher for my sons for 2 years. When my boys were very young, I attempted to find a music teacher for them. My goal was to teach them to appreciate music. My fear after several interviews was that my pre-schoolers might learn to not like music. My twin sons while in kindergarten individually asked me to “sign them up” for piano lessons with Ms. Liu. At the time she was substituting as a music teacher for their pre school. She has taught them to appreciate music and more. My children respect the older children and their accomplishments and try to emulate them.

Our daughter loves music. We read a flyer for Wunder Academy, with it explaining the program as creative, fun and engaging. Once classes began our precocious 4-year-old daughter became excited, eager and enthusiastic towards playing as well as practicing the piano. She is now 6, loves piano and looks forward to every piano class as well as piano camps.
